Before selecting the tin structure, confirm:

Lid Structure and Printing
A hinged lid or slip lid can be considered based on the opening experience, product presentation and packing requirements. Final lid fit and the relationship between the lid, tin body and insert should be checked during development.
Custom artwork can include CMYK or PMS/Pantone offset printing, with options such as glossy or matte exterior finishes. Logo embossing or debossing and other structural adjustments can be discussed against the artwork and selected tin format. Artwork should be checked around seams, rolled edges and forming areas before sampling.
Existing Mould or Custom Tooling
We first compare the target length, width, height, lid style and internal layout with suitable existing moulds. If a current mould fits the chocolates and insert arrangement, it may be used as the starting point.
If the product dimensions or required structure cannot be matched, custom tooling can be discussed after the packing layout and artwork direction are available.
Food Contact and Material Requirements
The supplied product information lists tinplate in a 0.23–0.28 mm thickness range. Final material and thickness should be confirmed for the selected structure.
For chocolate packaging, confirm the required interior coating, tray or pad material, contact conditions and destination-market requirements before production. Do not treat “food-grade” or any certification as confirmed unless current supporting documentation applies to this product and project.
