Custom Tall Green Rectangular Loose Leaf Tea Tin
Product Description
This Tall Green Rectangular Loose Leaf Tea Tin is intended for loose-leaf tea, herbal blends, coffee and dry specialty foods. The photographs show a tall rectangular profile, softly rounded corners, a close-fitting slip lid and a clean green-and-gold presentation. Exact dimensions, tinplate thickness, closure tolerance and inner components remain custom and are confirmed for the packed item.
Send the product dimensions, fill weight, packing orientation and expected quantity. We can first check whether a suitable existing mould is available. An existing tool may reduce tooling work and simplify sampling when its internal size and structure fit the product. If not, the structure can be adjusted or a new mould discussed after drawing review.
The pack can use buyer-approved CMYK or PMS printing, gloss or matte varnish, metallic effects, embossing or debossing where the geometry permits. CMYK or PMS printing with optional gloss, matte or metallic detailing; displayed artwork is a sample. Any logo or artwork visible in the reference photographs is a manufacturing sample only and is not offered for reuse. Final artwork must be supplied or authorized by the buyer.
The tall footprint uses shelf space efficiently and gives a large front panel for brand storytelling. Before artwork begins, confirm the fill weight, the loose-leaf density and the scoop or bag dimensions. The slip-lid fit should be approved with the actual product pack, especially when an inner pouch is used. A nesting and carton layout check helps control scratching along the long side panels.
Applications
- loose-leaf tea, herbal blends, coffee and dry specialty foods
- Seasonal retail and limited-edition gift programmes
- Private-label packaging for importers, distributors and brands
- Promotional kits designed for reuse after the original contents are removed
- OEM/ODM projects coordinating structure, artwork, insert and export packing
What Buyers Should Confirm
Confirm the item dimensions, fill weight, direct-contact status, inner bag or tray, opening method and destination market. For food, cosmetic or candle applications, agree the required coating, liner, testing and documentation for the intended use. A photographed sample does not prove food-contact compliance, airtightness or any specific certification.
Artwork should be approved on the production dieline, including seams, curls, hinges or clasp areas and the relationship between lid and body graphics. Before mass production, approve a sample for closure fit, colour, print alignment, surface finish, insert function and carton protection.
