Custom Star-Pattern Chest Tin Box
Product Description
This gift tin is shaped like a small chest, with a curved top and a warm copper-rose surface covered in silver star graphics. The arched lid gives the package a keepsake quality and creates a stronger three-dimensional display than a flat rectangular tin. It can be developed for confectionery, holiday gifts, small toys, stationery, jewelry or promotional sets, using completely new customer artwork.
The star pattern in the photographs is a useful example of artwork continuing across a curved lid and body. On a production design, key text should remain on flatter areas where it is easier to read, while background patterns can wrap around the arch. The seam between lid and body should be considered during artwork planning so important elements are not interrupted. A metallic base color, opaque inks and gloss level all influence how the pattern looks under retail lighting.
Chest-shaped tins need careful attention to the opening path and internal volume. The curved lid may reduce usable headspace near the sides, so the real contents should be arranged before dimensions are approved. If products are stacked, the buyer should confirm whether movement is acceptable or whether a tray, divider or tissue support is required. For e-commerce, the raised lid also needs suitable carton protection.
We check existing chest-tin moulds against the product layout and desired capacity. If a suitable structure is available, artwork and insert development can proceed without a fully new shape. If dimensions change, the hinge or lid relationship, forming limits and carton efficiency are reviewed together. Metallic-looking decoration is matched to approved references through printing and coating trials. Final colors should be approved on formed samples, not only on screen.
Applications
Christmas confectionery, cookies, candy and individually wrapped treats
Jewelry, small accessories, stationery and children's gift sets
Corporate hampers, event packs and limited-edition promotions
Tea accessories, small self-care products and themed collections
Reusable keepsake storage for seasonal or collectible items
What Buyers Should Confirm
Provide the complete product layout, especially the height of items near the curved sides. State whether the lid should be removable or hinged, and whether the pack needs a tray, divider or tissue wrap. Share metallic color references, artwork zones, quantity per design and required arrival date. Seasonal orders should allow time for sample approval and transport.
