Artwork should be prepared on the confirmed dieline, with fonts, barcodes and required legal text checked by the customer. Pantone references or approved color samples are recommended when brand color is important.
Optional paperboard, EVA, formed plastic, dividers, liners or protective bags may be evaluated after the actual product dimensions and presentation requirements are supplied. Availability, material suitability and assembly method must be confirmed for the selected tin.
Sampling and production process
A practical project begins with the intended contents, target dimensions or fill quantity, order quantity, artwork direction, destination market and required delivery date. We review available moulds, identify which details can be customized and confirm whether new tooling is necessary. Depending on the decision required, evaluation may include a plain structure sample, a printed sample or a production-representative sample. Mass production should start only after the structure, artwork and relevant testing requirements are approved.
MOQ, tooling, sample time and production lead time depend on the confirmed specification. They should not be copied from another supplier or estimated from a photograph.

Important checks include hinge alignment, lid retention, insert fit, surface finish, print consistency and product-specific storage testing. Cosmetic appearance should be reviewed under agreed inspection conditions. Packing and shipment
