Product Description

Custom Spherical Toy and Gift Tin is based on a true ball-like silhouette, two matching hemispheres and a printed outer surface that can be viewed from every direction. The photographs are treated as a structural reference rather than a fixed artwork proposal. New production would use customer-owned graphics, confirmed dimensions and an approved construction sample. This format is intended for small toys, wrapped candy, novelty gifts, event giveaways and collectible seasonal packs.

From a packaging-engineering point of view, buyers should confirm how the two halves register, whether the sphere rolls in a retail display, and how the packed item will be held during transport. These points affect mould choice, insert design, packing method and sample approval. A tin should not be described as airtight or suitable for direct food contact until the closure, coating and required market tests have been confirmed for the actual project. The visible sample shows two-piece spherical body with a fitted separation line. Before quotation, the packed product should be measured rather than estimating from the outer tin. Please provide the product dimensions, fill weight or piece count, preferred arrangement and any clearance needed for a bag, tray or protective pad. If the outer size is flexible, we can first compare suitable existing moulds. This can reduce tooling cost and shorten early sampling, but the final recommendation still depends on capacity, artwork area and closing performance.

Custom Options

printed graphics can be positioned across the curved surface, while an internal support, display base or secondary carton may be developed when the pack must stand upright. We can also review custom dimensions, private-label printing, colour-matched finishes, lid embossing, debossing, internal fittings and outer packing. Not every effect is suitable for every formed surface, so tooling and artwork should be assessed together before claims are placed on the product page or quotation.
