Candy Arrangement and Clearance
Confirm the candy dimensions, piece count, arrangement and whether the contents use a paper cup, tray, divider or inner pack. Loose fill, arranged pieces and layered presentation require different internal space. Product removal should be checked before the case size is fixed.
Lid, Artwork and Food-Contact Review
Review lid fit, opening method, coating, surface finish and printable areas around the square body. Any direct-contact, food-contact or testing requirement should be confirmed for the packed confectionery and destination market.
Existing Mould or Custom Tooling
We will first compare the required square size, corner form and lid structure with suitable existing moulds. Custom tooling can be evaluated if the candy arrangement, internal clearance or artwork layout requires a different structure.
