Product Description

Small round tins are useful when the pack must be compact, easy to stack and suitable for sample or travel sizes. The tinplate gauge, lid tolerance and inner treatment are selected according to the structure and application. For cosmetic, wax or balm projects, compatibility between the formula and the inner surface should also be checked by the buyer.

Custom Options
The shape shown in the photographs can be used as a starting point rather than a fixed specification. We can review an existing mold close to the required volume, or discuss new tooling when the pack needs a different footprint, height or closure.
Printing can cover the lid, body and sidewall. Brand colors should be supplied as Pantone references or approved artwork. Matte and gloss varnish create different handling and shelf effects; metallic areas, embossing and debossing should be placed where they will remain clear after forming.
Inner trays, paper inserts and protective liners can be developed to hold the contents securely. For edible products, please advise whether the food is individually wrapped or may touch the metal surface. For formula-based products, the buyer should provide the relevant compatibility information.
