Chocolate Arrangement and Usable Space
Confirm the chocolate dimensions, piece count, paper cups, tray or divider before selecting the internal height. Loose pieces, arranged pieces and layered presentation use space differently. Product removal and clearance at the opening should be checked with the actual packing method.
Lock Lid, Opening and Artwork
The lock-lid structure should be reviewed for fit, opening method and repeated handling. Printing, coating and surface finish should be planned around the round body, rolled edge and closure details. Any requested closure performance or food-contact requirement must be confirmed for the intended product and market.
Existing Mould or Custom Tooling
We will first compare the required diameter, height and lock-lid format with suitable existing round moulds. If the chocolate arrangement or closure detail does not fit an available structure, custom tooling can be evaluated after the product dimensions are confirmed.
