Product Introduction
This custom small rectangular gift tin box is intended for accessories, cards, separately packed cosmetics, confectionery and promotional sets. Its rounded corners, shallow body and removable lid create a compact format for presenting one item or a small assortment.
The final length, width, height and usable internal space should follow the contents and their arrangement. The lid fit and any internal support should be checked with the actual products before sampling approval.
Product Structure and Internal Support
A small gift tin works best when its contents are easy to see and remove without excessive empty space. Before selecting a size, confirm:

For direct contact with food or a cosmetic formula, the selected interior finish, insert and applicable requirements need a separate review.
Custom Size, Printing and Finish
The lid and side panels can carry private-label artwork, product information or coordinated designs for seasonal collections. Options may include CMYK or PMS / Pantone offset printing, glossy or matte finish, metallic effects and embossed or debossed logos.
Artwork should be prepared on the confirmed dieline. Check the position of text and logos near the rounded corners and lid edges, then approve color and finish on a printed sample.
Can We Use an Existing Mould?
We first compare the required dimensions, lid fit and internal layout with suitable existing rectangular tin moulds. An insert may allow an existing size to accommodate the gift set. Custom tooling can be discussed if the required depth, product arrangement or lid structure cannot be matched.

Manufacturing Procedure
Product and gift-layout brief → existing mould check → structure and insert review → sample confirmation → artwork preparation → printed sample approval → production and QC tracking → packing and delivery.
Quality checks should include lid alignment, corner condition, insert fit, print registration and protection of the decorated surface during shipment.

Can different products share the same outer tin?
Possibly. Each arrangement needs an insert and lid-clearance check before the same tin size is approved.

Will this tin protect products from moisture?
Moisture performance depends on the complete packing system and must be tested for the intended contents.
