Custom Small Cosmetic Tin Case with Folding Handle
Product Description
This case works best when the inside layout is planned with the product instead of added at the end. The folding handle makes the pack easy to carry, while the grid insert can separate small items and reduce movement during transit.
The sample in the photographs has a compact hinged case with folding metal handle and internal grid insert. Its visible finish is warm brown sample finish with a contrasting metallic interior. These observations describe the photographed sample only. Artwork, logos and decorative details shown on samples belong to their respective owners and are used to demonstrate manufacturing possibilities; they are not supplied as stock designs.
YiCheng develops custom tin packaging for OEM and ODM projects. Before recommending a construction, we review what will be packed, how the product is filled, how consumers will open it and how the finished pack will be shipped. Where an existing mould is suitable, we can check it first to reduce unnecessary tooling work. If the product needs a different footprint, depth, closure or insert, the structure can be developed around the approved specification.
Applications
This square tin is suited to cosmetic samples, makeup sets, jewelry, beauty accessories and small presentation gifts. It can support everyday retail lines, seasonal editions, gift-with-purchase programs and private-label collections. The best use is not decided by shape alone. Buyers should consider how much space the product needs, whether it should be visible immediately, and whether the tin is the primary pack or an outer presentation pack.
• Retail and private-label packaging for cosmetic samples, makeup sets, jewelry, beauty accessories and small presentation gifts
• Seasonal gift sets and limited-edition campaigns
• Promotional kits, sampling programs and corporate gifts
• Reusable storage packaging designed around the packed item
What Buyers Should Confirm
For this project, the first points to confirm are item count, compartment size, product weight, handle load and the level of scratch protection required. A physical sample or a precise product drawing is useful when the fit is important. We also recommend confirming the opening force, lid clearance, stacking direction and carton quantity before production. These checks help prevent a pack that looks correct in a rendering but performs poorly on the filling line or in transport.
If the tin will hold food, cosmetics, fragrance products or another sensitive item, tell us the target market and the contact condition. Tinplate grade, inner coating, insert material and test requirements should be selected for the actual application. We do not assume that a photographed sample is airtight, food-contact approved or suitable for a new formula without a separate review.

Custom Options
Artwork can be created for the approved dieline using CMYK process colours or PMS spot colours. Matte and gloss varnish, metallic effects, pearl finishes, selective embossing and debossing can be evaluated according to the design. Internal trays, paper inserts, foam supports and protective bags are available when the product requires separation or extra protection.
Colour approval should be based on the agreed print standard and sample process. Metallic-looking areas, strong dark colours and large flat colour blocks can react differently on tinplate than on paper, so the buyer should identify any critical brand colours early. For repeat programs, keeping the approved artwork, finish reference and packing specification together helps future orders stay consistent.
