Product Introduction
This custom mini pail combines a clear PET body, metal top and bottom components, and a carry handle. It is intended for gift assortments, wrapped confectionery, small toys, party favors and promotional products that benefit from visible contents.
The body diameter, height, usable space, lid fit and handle attachment should be developed around the packed product. Final carrying performance must be checked with the completed pail at its intended filled weight.
Product Structure and Internal Support
The clear body makes the contents part of the presentation. The metal components, lid and handle must also work with the filling and carrying method. Before sampling, confirm:

Custom Size, Printing and Finish

The clear PET body should remain visible wherever product display is the priority. Final decoration and artwork placement depend on the chosen lid, base, handle attachment and production method.
Can We Use an Existing Mould?
We first compare the required diameter, height, lid and handle arrangement with available pail structures. If an existing option provides the needed capacity and carrying configuration, it can be used for sampling. A different body size or handle structure may require tooling review.
Product Contact and Carrying Requirements
Material suitability depends on the packed contents and whether they directly touch the PET body or metal components. Food or pet-food contact requirements must be checked for the intended use and destination market. Handle strength and lid retention should be tested using the finished structure and expected packed weight.

The required load should be specified and checked on a finished sample. Appearance alone does not establish carrying strength.

Is a new mould required?
We check existing pail structures first, then discuss tooling if the required size or handle arrangement cannot be matched.
