Product Introduction
This custom slide-top tin box is designed for mints, small candy, chewing gum, dry samples, promotional giveaways and pocket-size gift items.
The compact rectangular structure features a movable top panel and broad printable surfaces for flavor names, logos, campaign graphics or private-label artwork. Final dimensions, slide direction, lid fit, internal clearance and opening force should be confirmed according to the packed product before sampling.

The slide-top structure should open smoothly while remaining suitable for normal handling. Confirm:

Slide movement, edge condition and repeated-use performance must be evaluated on the finished sample. Airtightness, moisture resistance, child resistance and food-contact suitability should not be assumed from the photographs.

Custom Size, Printing and Finish
Available options may include gradient artwork, coordinated flavor colors, CMYK or PMS / Pantone offset printing, glossy or matte finish, metallic visual effects, embossed or debossed logos, seasonal graphics and protective bags.
Artwork should be prepared on the confirmed dieline. Fonts, barcodes, ingredient information and required legal copy should be checked before approval. Pantone references or approved color samples are recommended when brand color consistency is important.
Can We Use an Existing Mould?
We first compare the required dimensions, slide mechanism, lid fit and internal clearance with suitable existing slide-top moulds.
If the product arrangement, opening movement, artwork area or internal layout requires a different structure, custom tooling can be discussed after the product information and artwork direction are confirmed.

No. MOQ and timing depend on mould availability, dimensions, printing, finishing, quantity and testing.
