Custom Set of Three Square Tin Boxes
Custom set of three square metal tin boxes for tea, confectionery, small gifts and multi-product collections. Each tin should match its assigned product while the three sizes, lids, artwork, nesting or stacking relationship work as one set. Share the product dimensions, set layout and target quantity for a mould review.
Custom Set of Three Square Tin Boxes
Product Overview
This custom set of three square metal tin boxes is intended for coordinated tea, confectionery, small gifts and multi-product collections. The set should be planned as one packaging system while each tin still follows the product assigned to it. The key decision is not only the outside appearance of the three boxes, but how their sizes, lids, artwork and internal packing work together.
Product Assignment and Set Relationship
Before the tin structure is finalized, confirm which product belongs in each box, the dimensions of each packed product, quantity per tin and the intended presentation order. Different products may require different internal clearance, lid depth or access space. The three tins can share a visual direction without forcing identical internal dimensions.
If the tins are displayed, nested or shipped as a group, confirm the relationship between the three sizes and the way the set will be arranged. Nesting or stacking requirements should be checked with the actual lid structure and product protection needs. An insert, divider or paper support may be discussed where the products need fixed positions, but these options are not assumed as standard.
Lid Fit, Artwork and Inner Packaging
Each lid should be checked against its own product height and packing method. Artwork should be coordinated across the three tins while keeping important logos and text away from rolled edges, seams, corners and forming areas. Surface finish, inner coating and any insert or tray should be specified around the products and destination market.
For food-related contents, food-contact requirements, compatibility questions, testing and compliance claims must be confirmed against the actual products, coatings and destination market. This page does not assume a certification or testing standard that has not been confirmed.
Existing Mould or Custom Tooling
Mould selection starts with the three product assignments, required internal spaces, lid fit and set relationship. We compare each tin with suitable existing square moulds first, then check whether the selected sizes can work as one coordinated set. If the product dimensions, nesting relationship or presentation requires a different structure, custom tooling can be discussed after the complete set information is available.
