Product Description
This Round Zipper Tin Carry Case is intended for cosmetics, earphones, small accessories, travel kits and promotional gifts. The photographs show a compact round case, protective metal faces, a fabric zipper closure and an attached carrying loop. Exact dimensions, tinplate thickness, closure tolerance and inner components remain custom and are confirmed for the packed item.
Send the product dimensions, fill weight, packing orientation and expected quantity. We can first check whether a suitable existing mould is available. An existing tool may reduce tooling work and simplify sampling when its internal size and structure fit the product. If not, the structure can be adjusted or a new mould discussed after drawing review.
The pack can use buyer-approved CMYK or PMS printing, gloss or matte varnish, metallic effects, embossing or debossing where the geometry permits. Custom printed lid artwork, zipper color and optional embossing; the photograph shows a sample design. Any logo or artwork visible in the reference photographs is a manufacturing sample only and is not offered for reuse. Final artwork must be supplied or authorized by the buyer.
Unlike a conventional slip-lid tin, this case combines metal shells with a textile zipper band. The buyer should confirm zipper colour, puller style, lining, internal protection and opening range. The finished sample should be checked repeatedly for zipper travel and shell alignment. Soft dividers or a moulded insert can stop small accessories from moving inside the case.
