Product Description
This Rectangular Wire-Lock Tea Tin Canister is intended for loose-leaf tea, coffee, herbs and premium dry-food gift sets. The photographs show a tall rectangular body, rounded corners, a removable lid and a front wire-lock clasp. Exact dimensions, tinplate thickness, closure tolerance and inner components remain custom and are confirmed for the packed item.
Send the product dimensions, fill weight, packing orientation and expected quantity. We can first check whether a suitable existing mould is available. An existing tool may reduce tooling work and simplify sampling when its internal size and structure fit the product. If not, the structure can be adjusted or a new mould discussed after drawing review.
The pack can use buyer-approved CMYK or PMS printing, gloss or matte varnish, metallic effects, embossing or debossing where the geometry permits. Full-surface custom printing with metallic accents; artwork shown is a packaging sample. Any logo or artwork visible in the reference photographs is a manufacturing sample only and is not offered for reuse. Final artwork must be supplied or authorized by the buyer.
The wire-lock closure is the main engineering point. Buyers should confirm the target opening force, clasp position and whether a removable inner bag or separate liner will be used. The closure gives the pack a workshop-style premium feel, but it should not be described as airtight unless the completed pack is tested with the chosen liner and product. Because the clasp projects from the body, export-carton spacing and surface protection should be reviewed during sampling.
