Lid, Lock and Surface Review
The lid and lock structure should be checked against the opening method and frequency of use. Printing, coating, finish and artwork should be planned around the lid, seams, rolled edges and other formed areas.
Inner Packaging and Compatibility
If an inner bag, sachet or other pack is used, its dimensions and material requirements should be confirmed against the destination market. This page does not assume airtightness, moisture protection or food-contact compliance.
Existing Mould or Custom Tooling
We will compare the required length, width, height, lid structure and lock direction with suitable existing moulds first. Custom tooling can be discussed if the tea format or case dimensions require a different structure.
