Custom Car-Shaped Rectangular Tin Box for Gifts and Promotional Packaging
Short Product Description
This custom car-shaped tin box combines a vehicle-inspired exterior with space for small gifts, promotional items or wrapped confectionery. The shape creates a distinctive presentation, but the usable interior—not just the outside dimensions—must fit the products being packed.
Product Overview
A shaped tin needs two layouts to work together: the exterior that carries the design and the interior that holds the contents. Before selecting a mould, we check the product arrangement, access through the opening and any support needed to keep items in place.
The lid style and decorative details should be confirmed from the actual design or sample. A car-shaped appearance alone does not establish how the tin opens or how much it can hold.
Structure and Internal Support
Please confirm the number and dimensions of the items to be packed, their preferred arrangement and the clearance needed for removal. A paperboard tray, formed insert or divider can be discussed if the contents need separation or a fixed display position.
The opening should allow the intended product to be packed and removed without interfering with the exterior shape. Lid fit, formed edges and any raised decorative features should be checked on a physical sample.
Applications
This format may be developed for:
- Promotional gifts and event merchandise
- Small toys, collectibles or stationery sets
- Wrapped candy and confectionery gifts
- Seasonal or automotive-themed gift packaging
For food use, the contact method, interior finish and destination-market requirements must be confirmed for the actual contents.
Printing and Customization
Customer artwork can be planned across the available lid and body surfaces. CMYK or Pantone printing, glossy or matte finish, metallic visual effects and embossed details can be discussed after the shape and printable areas are established. Artwork near curves, edges and formed details should be checked on the approved dieline.
Can We Use an Existing Mould?
We first compare the required exterior shape, usable interior dimensions and opening structure with suitable existing moulds. If the car profile or product layout cannot be achieved with an existing option, custom tooling can be evaluated from the confirmed drawing.
