Product Introduction
This custom rectangular tin gift box is designed for chocolates, stationery, small accessories, keepsakes and corporate gift assortments. Its shallow format supports an organized presentation, while the broad lid provides space for decorative patterns, brand logos and seasonal artwork.
The packaging can be developed around a single product or a coordinated gift set. Final length, width, height and internal clearance should follow the contents, insert arrangement and required lid structure.

Custom Size, Printing and Finish
Customization options include CMYK or PMS / Pantone offset printing, glossy or matte finishes, metallic effects and embossed or debossed logos.
The broad lid can carry a central brand mark or decorative illustration, with coordinated artwork on the side panels. Patterns crossing corners or continuing between the lid and body require attention to print positioning and formed edges.
Artwork should be prepared on the confirmed dieline. Printed samples establish the approved color, surface finish and embossing detail.
Can We Use an Existing Mould?
We first compare the required gift layout, internal dimensions and lid structure with suitable existing rectangular tin moulds.
A tailored insert may allow an existing tin size to accommodate the assortment. If the product arrangement, lid opening or required depth cannot be matched, custom tooling can be discussed after the contents and layout are confirmed.
Product Contact Requirements
For chocolates or other food products, the interior coating, tray, liner and contact conditions should be reviewed against the actual contents and destination market.
Any requirement for moisture protection or extended storage performance must be evaluated with the complete package. Lid fit alone does not establish airtightness.
