Custom Rectangular Double-Lid Tea Tin Canister

A rectangular custom tea tin with an outer lid and secondary inner cover for loose-leaf tea, tea bags, coffee and dry ingredients. Final sealing performance is confirmed by sample testing.

Custom Rectangular Double-Lid Tea Tin Canister
Product Description
The tall rectangular body uses shelf space efficiently and presents a broad front panel for branding. The different-angle photos show the outer lid, the secondary cover and the interior, which helps buyers review the opening sequence before sampling.
This tin is intended for loose-leaf tea, tea bags, coffee, matcha powder, herbs, spices and dry food gifts. For tea brands, coffee roasters, specialty food producers and private-label retailers, the metal pack gives the product a gift-ready presentation and can remain useful after the original contents are removed. Final dimensions should be developed around the actual product, fill weight, arrangement, headspace and shipping method rather than copied from a generic pack.
We can first check whether an existing mold is close to the required size. A suitable existing tool can reduce development cost and shorten sampling. If the product needs a different proportion, deeper body, altered corner radius or special opening detail, a new mold can be evaluated. The photographs show a reference structure; colors, graphics and decorative details are produced for the buyer's own brand.
The lid and body can be printed with CMYK process colors or PMS spot colors. Matte or gloss varnish changes both appearance and handling, while embossing or debossing can highlight a logo or central graphic. Metallic and pearl effects may also be considered after artwork review. Printed color should be approved against a physical sample or agreed standard.
For food projects, the contents and destination market need to be confirmed before the inner finish is selected. A suitable food-contact lacquer can be proposed where required, but compatibility, documentation and any sealing or barrier claim must be confirmed for the final specification. Direct food contact, wrapped food and non-food gift use may need different treatments, liners or trays.
Applications
• loose-leaf tea, tea bags, coffee, matcha powder, herbs, spices and dry food gifts • Retail packs that need a durable shelf presentation • Seasonal, promotional and private-label gift programs • Reusable storage packaging for repeat brand exposure • OEM and ODM projects covering structure, artwork and packing
