Product Introduction
This custom mini push-pull sliding tin case is designed for cosmetic accessories, mints, stationery, small gifts, samples, cards and promotional giveaways.
The slim rectangular structure combines an outer metal sleeve with an inner sliding tray. Its flat profile is suitable for portable packaging, while the sliding movement creates an interactive opening experience and a broad surface for private-label artwork.
Final dimensions, slide direction, internal clearance, tray fit and opening resistance should be confirmed according to the packed product before sampling.

The outer sleeve and inner tray should be developed around the actual product and insert requirements. Confirm:

Custom Size, Printing and Finish
Available options may include full-surface artwork, CMYK or PMS / Pantone offset printing, glossy or matte finish, metallic visual effects, color-coded designs, embossed or debossed logos and selected raised details.
Artwork should be prepared on the confirmed dieline. Fonts, barcodes, product information and required legal copy should be checked before approval. Pantone references or approved color samples are recommended when brand color consistency is important.
Can We Use an Existing Mould?
We first compare the required dimensions, sleeve structure, tray fit and internal clearance with suitable existing push-pull moulds.
If the product layout, opening movement, artwork coverage or insert structure requires a different design, custom tooling can be discussed after the product information and artwork direction are confirmed.
