Product Overview
This printed gift tin is intended for confectionery, seasonal gift packs and promotional presentation. The star-pattern artwork shows the role of the lid, printable surface and overall presentation, while the packed product still determines the case dimensions.
Product Fit and Gift Presentation
Confirm the packed product dimensions, quantity, arrangement and product removal method. If the gift set needs a tray, divider or paper support, the insert layout should be developed with the base and lid.
Artwork, Lid and Surface Areas
Review printing coverage, base colour, coating, finish and lid fit around the tin structure. Artwork should be checked near seams, rolled edges, corners and other formed areas. Embossing or other special effects require a separate feasibility review.
Existing Mould or Custom Tooling
We will compare the required gift-tin dimensions and lid structure with suitable existing moulds first. Custom tooling can be discussed when the product fit, artwork area or special structure cannot be achieved with an available mould.

Please send the packed product details, dimensions, quantity, lid preference, artwork files, insert requirement, surface finish and target order quantity. Any contents-related compliance requirement should be confirmed for the intended use.

Send the product layout, artwork direction and target quantity. We will review the printable areas, lid fit and suitable mould or tooling direction.
