Oval Layout and Product Fit
Please confirm the product dimensions, fill quantity, arrangement, usable length and width, internal height and removal method. If the contents need separation or controlled positioning, a tray, paper insert or divider can be reviewed. The final packing orientation should be considered with the usable internal space.
Lid, Printing and Finish
Review lid fit, opening method, printable top and side areas, curved forming surfaces and artwork near the oval edges. Matte or glossy finish, embossing and any window or special artwork should be confirmed from the reference design.
Existing Mould or Custom Tooling
We will compare the required oval dimensions, lid structure and internal layout with suitable existing mould options first. Custom tooling can be discussed if the product arrangement or artwork requires a different oval case.
