Product Description

The oval outline gives a familiar gift-tin appearance without using another standard round pack. Its low depth lets buyers arrange products in a single layer so the presentation is easy to see when the lid is removed.

The sample in the photographs has a shallow oval body, rolled rim and removable press-fit lid. Its visible finish is gold-colour metal interior with a decorative printed sidewall. These observations describe the photographed sample only. Artwork, logos and decorative details shown on samples belong to their respective owners and are used to demonstrate manufacturing possibilities; they are not supplied as stock designs.

What Buyers Should Confirm

For this project, the first points to confirm are pack count, cookie diameter, stacked height and the protection needed during export transport. A physical sample or a precise product drawing is useful when the fit is important. We also recommend confirming the opening force, lid clearance, stacking direction and carton quantity before production. Custom Options

Artwork can be created for the approved dieline using CMYK process colours or PMS spot colours. Matte and gloss varnish, metallic effects, pearl finishes, selective embossing and debossing can be evaluated according to the design. Internal trays, paper inserts, foam supports and protective bags are available when the product requires separation or extra protection.

Colour approval should be based on the agreed print standard and sample process. Metallic-looking areas, strong dark colours and large flat colour blocks can react differently on tinplate than on paper, so the buyer should identify any critical brand colours early. For repeat programs, keeping the approved artwork, finish reference and packing specification together helps future orders stay consistent.
