Custom Nested Square Window Tin Box Set
Product Description
This Nested Square Window Tin Box Set gives brands a practical metal packaging format with a distinctive retail shape and plenty of space for custom artwork. The photographed sample shows a coordinated family of shallow square tins in different footprints, each using a generous lid window and a neat plaid border. The images explain the structure and presentation; dimensions, graphics and internal packing can be developed for the buyer’s own product.
The container uses a square with rounded corners format and a removable lid with a clear display window. It may suit cookies, confectionery, tea sachets, small gifts and coordinated retail collections. Before quotation, we ask what will go inside, how it will be arranged, the expected quantity and the destination market. Those details determine whether an existing mould is suitable and whether an insert, liner, secondary seal or export-packing change is needed.
A sound tin project starts with the packed item rather than a catalogue size. Send the product dimensions or a sample when possible. We can compare the pack-out with available tooling and explain what is standard and what requires development. Confirm whether the packs must nest for storage, or simply share the same artwork across several sellable sizes.
Applications
• Retail packaging for cookies, confectionery, tea sachets, small gifts and coordinated retail collections • OEM and private-label programs with coordinated printing • Seasonal, promotional and corporate gift projects • Reusable packs designed to remain useful after opening • Presentation sets with paper, pulp, PET or EPE inserts, subject to testing
How to Choose the Right Specification
Inside dimensions must allow for the product, wrapper, insert and packing tolerance. A container that appears spacious on a drawing can become tight once a tray and protective layer are added. If several sizes are needed, tell us whether they should nest for shipping, stack on shelf or simply share one visual identity.
Closure choice also matters. A removable lid works well for gifts and repeated use. A label, band, shrink wrap or another secondary seal may be considered when the program requires visible tamper evidence. The right choice depends on the contents and destination market. We do not call a pack airtight or food-contact compliant until the final construction, coating and testing requirements are confirmed.
Artwork should follow the approved dieline. Logos and small text need clearance from seams, corners, windows, handle fittings and embossed areas. Printed sampling is useful when exact brand colors, metallic effects or detailed patterns are important.

Custom Options
Existing mould recommendations may reduce tooling cost and development time when a size fits the product. If no suitable mould is available, new tooling can be evaluated from the required dimensions and annual demand. Printing, coordinated colorways, embossing, debossing, windows, handles and inserts are reviewed as separate decisions because each affects cost and production.
Insert selection should follow the product. Paperboard works for simple separation, while formed PET, pulp or foam can provide more control for fragile or premium contents. Food-contact, fragrance, candle, child-use or market-specific requirements should be stated before sampling.
