Product Description

Custom Mini Christmas Tree Shaped Hanging Tin is developed around a Christmas tree shaped metal format with a shallow two-piece body with a removable lid and hanging cord. The tree outline, shallow depth and attached cord make this format suitable for packs that can be displayed on a Christmas tree, gift wall or seasonal counter. The photographed sample uses cheerful holiday artwork; new projects can replace it with customer-owned illustrations, color palettes and retail information.

For OEM and ODM projects, we begin with the item that will go inside the tin. Product size, piece count, presentation direction and distribution channel determine whether an existing mould is suitable. Checking an existing mould first may reduce tooling cost and sampling time. When the available proportions do not support the intended layout, a new mould can be evaluated instead of forcing the product into the wrong package.

The body is normally produced from tinplate, with gauge selected after reviewing size, forming depth and handling requirements. External decoration may use CMYK offset printing, PMS spot colours or a plain metal finish, followed by matte, gloss, metallic, pearl or another agreed varnish. Embossing and debossing are possible where the geometry leaves enough forming space. Interior treatment, direct-contact conditions and testing are confirmed for the actual contents and destination market; they are not assumed from the sample photographs.

What Buyers Should Confirm

Hanging tins need a load check that ordinary gift tins do not. The cord, attachment point and packed weight should be considered together, and the contents must not shift enough to distort the display position. Buyers should also confirm whether the tin is sold as packaging, a reusable ornament, or both, because the packing and labeling plan may change.

Approve the printable area before artwork. Keep small text, barcodes and critical logos away from deep draws and closure lines. Use structural and printed samples to check fit, colour, registration and finish before production.
