Coffee Format and Fill Layout
Confirm whether the project uses beans, ground coffee, sachets or another inner pack, together with fill quantity and clearance. Review product removal, refill access and usable height as one layout.
Lid, Finish and Artwork
The lid fit and opening method should be checked against the inner pack. Printing, coating and finish can be planned across the lid, body and formed edges. This page does not assume airtightness or freshness preservation.
Existing Mould or Custom Tooling
We will compare required dimensions, lid structure and inner-pack clearance with suitable existing moulds first. Custom tooling can be discussed if the coffee format requires a different case.
