Confirm tea format, fill quantity, inner bag or sachet dimensions and clearance before selecting the tin size. Review product removal and refill access with the base and lid.
Lid, Inner Pack and Artwork
The lid fit and opening method should be checked against how the tea will be packed and used. Printing, coating and artwork should account for the lid, seams and formed panels. This page does not assume airtightness or food-contact certification.
Existing Mould or Custom Tooling
We will compare required dimensions, lid structure and inner-pack clearance with suitable existing moulds first. Custom tooling can be discussed if the tea format requires a different construction.
