Diameter, Height and Packing
Confirm the product dimensions, diameter, height, quantity and arrangement inside the container. Review internal clearance, product removal, any support and the planned carton packing. Stacking or packing behaviour must be confirmed for the actual structure rather than assumed from the round shape.
Lid, Surface and Artwork
Review the lid fit, opening structure, coating, finish and printable areas around the curved body. Artwork near the rolled edge and other forming areas should be checked before sampling.
Existing Mould or Custom Tooling
We will compare the required diameter, height and lid format with suitable existing round moulds first. Custom tooling can be discussed if the promotional product or packing arrangement needs a different structure.
