Custom Flat Watercolor Pencil Tin with Insert
Product Description
The photographed stationery box is a flat rectangular tin sized for a multi-pencil set. The closed views show a broad illustrated lid, while the open view reveals a molded insert with individual channels that keep the tools aligned. This combination makes the pack useful at retail and after purchase: it presents the full set clearly, protects the tips from unnecessary movement and gives the user a reusable storage case for the desk, classroom or travel bag.
Although the sample is arranged for 24 pieces, capacity should be built around the customer’s actual assortment. Pencil diameter, sharpened length, accessory count and the space needed for removal all affect the insert. A row that is too tight frustrates the user; a loose channel allows pencils to shift and damage the printed barrel. Sending final components for fit testing is the most reliable way to confirm the cavity layout and overall tin depth.
The insert may be molded plastic, pulp, flocked material or another approved solution depending on budget, presentation and recycling goals. The lid artwork can carry color references, usage instructions and brand information, while the lower body remains simple or continues the graphic theme. If the set is intended for children, material declarations, edge safety and market-specific testing should be included in the quality plan. The photographed illustration is a sample and will be replaced with customer-approved artwork for an OEM order.
Applications
• Retail gift packaging and branded promotional programs • Product-specific packs for the uses described above • Seasonal collections, corporate gifts and limited editions • Reusable household, desk or display storage • OEM and ODM projects for brands, importers and packaging distributors
What Buyers Should Confirm
Start with the packed product, not an outside dimension copied from another box. Please provide the product size, quantity per tin, orientation and any insert, bag or leaflet that must fit inside. We can then review suitable existing molds before recommending new tooling. An existing mold can reduce development cost and shorten sampling, but it should only be selected when the internal space, opening experience and carton efficiency suit the project.
