Product Overview
This embossed tin box is intended for candle packaging, gift sets and promotional presentation. Embossing affects the artwork and forming plan, while the packed product determines the internal size, lid fit and any support required.
Product Fit and Inner Support
Confirm the packed product dimensions, quantity, arrangement and removal method. For a candle or multi-item gift set, review the container or product size, any tray or divider and the usable internal clearance together.
Embossing, Lid and Surface
Review embossing position, artwork detail, printing coverage, coating, finish and lid fit around seams, rolled edges and formed areas. Fine details and edge locations require a manufacturing feasibility check before sampling.
Internal Finish and Compatibility
If the tin will contain a candle or another compatibility-sensitive product, the internal finish and material requirements should be confirmed against the actual contents and destination market. This page does not assume heat or compatibility performance.
Existing Mould or Custom Tooling
We will compare the required dimensions, lid structure and embossing direction with suitable existing moulds first. Custom tooling can be discussed if the product fit or relief detail needs a different case.

Please send the product dimensions, quantity, arrangement, embossing artwork, preferred lid style, insert requirement, internal finish and target order quantity.
RFQ
Send the product layout, embossing artwork and target quantity. We will review the tin structure, printable areas and suitable mould or tooling direction.
