Product Introduction
This custom small rectangular hinged tin box is designed for mints, personal-care items, accessories, samples, promotional kits and other compact packaged goods.
The shallow rectangular body features an attached lid, clasp-style closure details and a broad top panel suitable for embossed logos, printed artwork or brand patterns. Final dimensions, hinge movement, closure engagement and internal clearance should be confirmed according to the packed product before sampling.
Product Structure and Internal Support
The hinged structure should be developed around the actual product and required opening experience. Confirm:
- Packed product type and quantity
- Product length, width, height or diameter
- Required internal clearance and headspace
- Hinge position and lid opening angle
- Closure type and opening force
- Insert, divider, liner or protective-bag requirements
- Product removal and packing method
- Artwork and embossing areas
The appearance of a clasp or hinged lid does not automatically establish child-resistant performance. If child-resistant packaging is required, the completed package must be tested according to the destination-market requirements.

Custom Size, Printing and Finish
Available options may include CMYK or PMS / Pantone offset printing, glossy or matte finish, metallic visual effects, embossed or debossed logos, raised lid artwork, contrasting interior finishes and protective inserts.
Artwork should be prepared on the confirmed dieline. Fonts, barcodes, product information and required legal copy should be checked before approval. Embossing and debossing should be reviewed according to the logo size, printable area and distance from formed edges.
Can We Use an Existing Mould?
We first compare the required dimensions, hinge structure, closure details and internal clearance with suitable existing rectangular moulds.
If the product arrangement, opening force, embossing area or closure requirement needs a different structure, custom tooling can be discussed after the product information and artwork direction are confirmed.

Existing moulds are checked first. Custom tooling is discussed only when the required size, hinge or closure structure cannot be matched.
