Custom Embossed Chocolate Bar Tin Box
Product Description
Custom Embossed Chocolate Bar Tin Box uses a flat rectangular metal format with a two-piece removable lid with a full-surface raised grid pattern. A warm brown finish and repeated raised squares make the closed pack resemble a chocolate bar. The shallow body keeps it compact while the embossed lid adds a tactile feature. The photographs are treated as a structural and styling reference; dimensions, artwork, colours and packing details can be changed for a new OEM or ODM order.
This format can be developed for chocolate bars, pralines, candy, biscuits, stationery, event gifts and promotional samples. We normally start with the packed product rather than an outside dimension copied from a photograph. Once we know the item size, pack count and required presentation, we can check suitable existing molds. An existing mold may reduce tooling cost and sampling time. If the contents or brand concept need a different proportion, a new mold can be evaluated.
The body is normally made from tinplate, with thickness selected according to size, depth and forming requirements. External decoration may use CMYK printing or PMS spot colours, followed by matte, gloss, metallic, pearl or another project-specific varnish. Embossing and debossing are available where the geometry leaves suitable forming space. Interior treatment depends on the contents, destination market and whether an inner pouch or tray is used.
Applications
• chocolate bars, pralines, candy, biscuits, stationery, event gifts and promotional samples
• Seasonal launches and limited-edition retail collections
• Branded gift sets for distributors, specialty stores and supermarkets
• Promotional packaging for events, memberships and corporate programs
What Buyers Should Confirm
Emboss height, lid flatness and print registration should be balanced during sampling. Provide wrapped product dimensions and presentation direction before mold and emboss-tool confirmation. Please also tell us how the tin will be filled, closed, packed into export cartons and opened by the end user. A physical sample or accurate drawing helps us judge clearance more reliably than a photograph alone.
