Custom Dog Shaped Tin Box for Treats and Gifts
Product Description
This Dog Shaped Tin Box for Treats and Gifts is intended for pet treats, children’s gifts, confectionery and promotional packs. The photographs show a dog-head silhouette with rounded ears, a shallow body and a fitted illustrated lid. Exact dimensions, tinplate thickness, closure tolerance and inner components remain custom and are confirmed for the packed item.
Send the product dimensions, fill weight, packing orientation and expected quantity. We can first check whether a suitable existing mould is available. An existing tool may reduce tooling work and simplify sampling when its internal size and structure fit the product. If not, the structure can be adjusted or a new mould discussed after drawing review.
The pack can use buyer-approved CMYK or PMS printing, gloss or matte varnish, metallic effects, embossing or debossing where the geometry permits. Custom CMYK or PMS artwork with gloss or matte varnish; illustration shown is sample artwork only. Any logo or artwork visible in the reference photographs is a manufacturing sample only and is not offered for reuse. Final artwork must be supplied or authorized by the buyer.
The ears and curved outline make this pack suitable for character-led ranges. The buyer should confirm whether the product is loose, bagged or held in a tray. Fine facial artwork must be checked against draw direction, lid curl and any embossed areas so important details remain legible. A protective bag or divider can reduce rubbing around the ear contours in transit.
Applications
- pet treats, children’s gifts, confectionery and promotional packs
- Seasonal retail and limited-edition gift programmes
- Private-label packaging for importers, distributors and brands
- Promotional kits designed for reuse after the original contents are removed
- OEM/ODM projects coordinating structure, artwork, insert and export packing
What Buyers Should Confirm
Confirm the item dimensions, fill weight, direct-contact status, inner bag or tray, opening method and destination market. For food, cosmetic or candle applications, agree the required coating, liner, testing and documentation for the intended use. A photographed sample does not prove food-contact compliance, airtightness or any specific certification.
Artwork should be approved on the production dieline, including seams, curls, hinges or clasp areas and the relationship between lid and body graphics. Before mass production, approve a sample for closure fit, colour, print alignment, surface finish, insert function and carton protection.
