Custom Deep Rectangular Pocket Tin is based on a compact rectangular footprint, rounded corners, deeper-than-standard sidewalls and a close-fitting removable lid suited to portable packs. The photographs are treated as a structural reference rather than a fixed artwork proposal. New production would use customer-owned graphics, confirmed dimensions and an approved construction sample. This format is intended for mints, wrapped sweets, small confectionery, samples, sewing notions, hardware pieces and promotional accessories.

From a packaging-engineering point of view, buyers should confirm the opening force, pocket comfort, fill count, lid retention, edge radius and whether direct food contact or a separate bag will be used. These points affect mould choice, insert design, packing method and sample approval. A tin should not be described as airtight or suitable for direct food contact until the closure, coating and required market tests have been confirmed for the actual project. If the outer size is flexible, we can first compare suitable existing moulds.
