Product Overview
This custom black tea tin box is developed for loose-leaf tea, tea bags, sampler packs and branded tea gift formats. The tin structure should be selected around the packed tea format, inner pack, fill quantity and the way the product will be opened and removed. The black finish can support a clean retail presentation, while the final printing and surface treatment should follow the artwork and forming areas.
Tea Format and Internal Layout
Before the tin size is confirmed, please provide the tea format, fill weight or pack volume, inner pouch or sachet dimensions, required usable height and expected arrangement. Loose tea, individual sachets and small sampler packs may require different internal support. An inner lid, paper insert, tray or divider can be reviewed if the product needs separation or additional support.
Lid, Opening and Surface Finish
Lid fit, opening method and product removal should be reviewed together. Confirm whether the buyer needs a removable lid, a tighter closing structure or a specific opening feel. Printable panels, edge forming, matte or glossy finish and any embossing should be checked against the artwork. No airtight, moisture-proof or aroma-barrier performance is assumed without confirmation of the actual structure and testing requirement.
Existing Mould or Custom Tooling
We will compare the tea format, usable space, lid structure and target dimensions with suitable existing mould options first. If the inner pack, opening method or artwork requires a different structure, custom tooling can be discussed after the product information is available.
What We Need Before Quotation
Please send the tea format, inner pack or sachet dimensions, fill quantity, target tin dimensions, target order quantity, preferred lid structure, artwork direction, insert or inner-lid requirement and destination-market information where food-contact or testing requirements need review.
