Tea Format and Square Layout
Please confirm the tea format, fill quantity, pouch or sachet dimensions, number of units and arrangement. Review usable length, width and height, product removal and whether an inner lid, insert, tray or divider is needed. The internal pack should be considered before the outer square dimensions are fixed.
Lid, Printing and Finish
Review lid fit, opening method, printable top and side panels, corner forming and artwork near edges. Matte or glossy finish, embossing and color direction can be discussed from the artwork files. Any storage, aroma, inner-coating or food-contact requirement must be confirmed for the actual product and market; no airtight or moisture-proof claim is assumed.
Existing Mould or Custom Tooling
We will compare the required square dimensions, lid structure and internal layout with suitable existing mould options. Custom tooling can be discussed if the tea pack or artwork needs a different case structure.
