Product Description
A bottle pack has to do more than look premium. The insert must hold the base and neck securely, the lid must close without contact, and the outer carton needs to manage the weight of filled tins through export handling.
The sample in the photographs has a deep horizontal body with hinged lid, rounded corners and broad flat panels. Its visible finish is minimal black sample finish with restrained lid branding. These observations describe the photographed sample only. Artwork, logos and decorative details shown on samples belong to their respective owners and are used to demonstrate manufacturing possibilities; they are not supplied as stock designs.

Custom Options
Artwork can be created for the approved dieline using CMYK process colours or PMS spot colours. Matte and gloss varnish, metallic effects, pearl finishes, selective embossing and debossing can be evaluated according to the design. Internal trays, paper inserts, foam supports and protective bags are available when the product requires separation or extra protection.
Colour approval should be based on the agreed print standard and sample process. Metallic-looking areas, strong dark colours and large flat colour blocks can react differently on tinplate than on paper, so the buyer should identify any critical brand colours early. For repeat programs, keeping the approved artwork, finish reference and packing specification together helps future orders stay consistent.
