Custom Black Rectangular Specialty-Finish Tin Box
Product Description
This compact rectangular tin is shown with a deep black surface that has a fine, slightly textured specialty appearance. The simple two-piece shape keeps attention on the finish and makes the pack suitable for premium chocolate, confectionery, small accessories, card sets or promotional gifts. Rounded corners soften the outline and make the lid easier to handle, while the shallow body can be arranged in a tray, sleeve or presentation set.
Black packaging often looks straightforward on screen but requires careful production control. Gloss level, reflected light and surface texture can change how dense the color appears. Fingerprints, rub marks and scuffing also become more visible on a dark finish. For that reason, a buyer should approve a physical sample under realistic retail lighting and review how the tins will be separated inside the export carton.
The photographed sample is intentionally plain, so artwork could range from a small centered logo to full-coverage graphics. A restrained design can be effective for luxury confectionery or cosmetics, but it also leaves less room to hide production variation. If the pack needs gold, silver or bright spot colors, trapping and registration should be checked around edges and embossed features. The final design should work on the actual formed tin, not only on a flat artwork proof.
YiCheng Industrial can compare the required length, width and height with existing rectangular moulds. We also review how the contents sit inside the body, how much headspace is acceptable and whether a tray or liner is needed. The specialty finish is then matched to an approved reference as closely as the selected print and coating process allows. For food-related use, the inner treatment and test plan are confirmed before production; the external black finish alone does not determine food suitability.

What Buyers Should Confirm
Send the exact product dimensions and a reference for the black finish. Note whether the surface should be smooth, matte, soft-looking, metallic or visibly textured. Tell us how the items are arranged inside, whether a tray is required and how many artworks will share the mould. Retail handling and e-commerce shipping conditions should also be provided.
