This custom rectangular window tin box is intended for candy, biscuits, tea gifts and display-oriented packaging. The window position, usable internal space and printed metal panels should be developed around the packed product and presentation requirements.
Shape, Corner Radius and Internal Usable Space
Before the case structure is finalized, confirm the length, width and height of the packed product, required clearance, corner-radius preference and product arrangement. The usable internal space should be checked together with any tray, insert, inner bag or support.
Window Position and Product Presentation
The visible area and window position should support how the product is arranged and presented. Confirm the preferred window shape, location and viewing area, then review how the opening affects the lid, body panels, seams and forming areas. Product removal should remain practical after packing.
Lid Structure, Printing and Finish
The lid structure and opening method should work with the packing process and the selected window design. Printing, matte or gloss finish, embossing and other surface options can be reviewed on the lid, body and remaining printable panels. Artwork should be checked around the window, corners and forming areas before sampling.
Existing Mould or Custom Tooling
We will compare the required length, width, height, corner radius, window arrangement and lid structure with suitable existing mould options. If the window or internal layout requires a different case, custom tooling can be discussed after the packed-product information is available.
