Tea Format and Internal Layout
Before the tin structure is finalized, confirm the tea format, inner-pack dimensions, fill quantity, arrangement and internal clearance. If an inner bag, liner or other support is used, its dimensions should be reviewed together with the base and lid. The opening and product removal method should suit the packing process.
Lid Structure, Printing and Finish
The lid structure should work with the packing sequence and intended access. Printing, matte or gloss finish, embossing and other surface options can be reviewed across the square lid and body panels. Any inner-surface, aroma-storage or food-contact requirement should be confirmed for the actual tea product and destination market; no airtight or moisture-proof performance is assumed.
